Palm Beach County’s Capital Improvements Division is establishing a pre‑qualified list of contractors for an Annual Roofing Services Contract. Qualified firms will receive work orders on an as‑needed basis for roof repairs and replacements on public buildings throughout the county. Each work order is expected to be under $100,000, but larger orders are possible. The contract may run for up to five years with a cumulative ceiling of $10 million. To qualify, firms must demonstrate at least five years of roofing experience, have completed a minimum of $300,000 in roofing work per year for the past three years, hold valid Florida building and general contractor licenses for five years, and meet financial, litigation‑free, and non‑discrimination requirements. Applications must be submitted by September 23 2025, at least ten days before any specific work order bid opening.
