City of Wilmington seeks a qualified plumbing contractor to provide on‑call plumbing services for minor repairs, routine maintenance, and emergency response at City‑owned facilities. The contractor must be able to dispatch within 2–4 hours for emergencies, 24 hours for urgent calls, and 3–5 business days for routine work, and must supply detailed documentation after each job.
