Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking an on‑call electrical contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting services for city‑owned facilities on an as‑needed basis. The contract is a one‑year initial term with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals, and includes emergency, urgent, and routine response requirements. The contractor must be able to respond to emergencies within 2–4 hours, provide 24 × 7 coverage, and supply a 365‑day workmanship warranty.
• Emergency response within 2–4 hours, urgent within 24 hours, routine within 3–5 business days.
• Scope covers panels, breakers, lighting, motor controls, surge protection, grounding, temporary power, and related documentation.
• Pricing to be submitted as unit prices, hourly labor rates, equipment rentals, and material mark‑ups; no minimum volume guaranteed.
