Description
Central Alabama Water is seeking a qualified plumbing contractor to provide on‑call, 24/7 plumbing services across Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount, and Walker Counties. The contractor must respond within one business day for routine calls and within four hours for emergencies, supplying fully stocked service trucks, qualified staff, and a minimum one‑year warranty on workmanship and materials. The scope includes utility location, diagnostics, blockages, leak repairs, water‑service‑line replacements, fixture work, excavation, trenching, and cleanup, with strict safety and documentation requirements.
• 24 × 7 emergency and routine response across five counties
• Must hold Alabama Master Plumber License (no General Contractor license required)
• Provide all‑inclusive hourly labor rates and equipment charges; no minimum work guaranteed
