Description
The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Sewer Utility Superintendent and to provide engineering consulting services for its municipal sewer system for the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contractor will oversee day‑to‑day sewer utility operations, conduct design reviews, inspections, compliance checks, and any other engineering tasks required to maintain and improve the township’s wastewater infrastructure.
