Description
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking qualified contractors to perform sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, cured‑in‑place‑pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, joint testing and grouting, and related emergency and non‑emergency services throughout the municipal sanitary and storm‑sewer network. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis, with an approximate annual budget of $4 million, and will span three years with an optional one‑year extension. Bidders must submit a sealed proposal by the specified deadline, include required wage, insurance, and bonding documentation, and demonstrate experience in CIPP installation, video inspection, and traffic control. The City expects up to two contracts and will issue work orders annually based on need and contractor performance.
