Lacrosse Street Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction

The City of Rapid City is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide full professional services for the design, bidding, and construction oversight of the Lacrosse Street Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction. The project consists of two phases: Phase 1 replaces 3,000 lf of 18‑in sewer with a 24‑in pipe, including a Rapid Creek crossing and an abandoned railroad crossing; Phase 2 replaces 1,800 lf of 12‑in sewer with an 18‑in pipe, requiring pavement reconstruction and an active railroad crossing. Additional tasks include drainage and water‑utility coordination, flood‑plain permitting, ADA compliance, and preparation of construction documents.
