Emergency Sewer Work

The City of New York’s Department of Design and Construction is establishing a Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) of contractors capable of emergency reconstruction, replacement, or repair of collapsed or defective sewer lines and related appurtenances across all five boroughs. Contractors will be expected to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and ancillary restoration services on an emergency basis.
