The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is creating a pre‑qualified list of general contractors capable of delivering all labor, materials, and equipment for large‑scale capital construction projects exceeding $15 million in cost. Qualified firms will be eligible to bid on a variety of upcoming public works projects throughout NYC.
