The NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to create a Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) of general contractors capable of performing façade rehabilitation projects throughout New York City. Qualified firms will be placed on the PQL and may later be invited to bid on individual façade‑rehab contracts ranging from $500 k to $15 M. Applicants must demonstrate at least five relevant projects completed in the past five years, provide extensive safety, financial, and integrity documentation, and meet M/WBE participation requirements. A $10 fee is required for the RFQ packet.
