Reconstruction and Restoration of Landmarked and Landmark-Quality Buildings

The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is establishing a Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) of contractors capable of delivering complete reconstruction and restoration services for landmarked and landmark‑quality buildings across a range of capital projects. The work will encompass all labor, materials, equipment, and related services required for small, medium, and large scale projects, with estimated construction costs between $2 million and $25 million per project.
