This RFQ establishes a Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) of general contractors capable of handling large‑scale capital construction projects for New York City, each exceeding $10 million in construction cost. Applicants must demonstrate recent experience on multiple high‑value projects, provide audited financial statements, safety records, and compliance documentation.
