Description
The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking a qualified professional to serve as the full‑time Sewer Utility Superintendent and Engineering Consultant for its wastewater treatment plant and collection system for the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contractor must hold NJDEP S‑4 and C‑4 operator licenses, be a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, and have extensive supervisory experience overseeing large sewer utilities. Responsibilities include daily plant and collection‑system operations, staff management (~50 employees), capital‑improvement budgeting, engineering design oversight, grant/financing support, and acting as the Professional Engineer of Record on construction projects. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 11/13/2026, with questions due by 11/06/2026. Compensation is an annual fee to be paid in monthly installments; the amount is to be proposed by the vendor.
