The Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority (IERCA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide finished‑compost transportation services for its facility. The contractor must operate walking‑floor (live‑floor) tractor‑trailer combinations, handle roughly 3,000–5,000 cubic yards of compost per month, and meet strict safety, noise, and environmental standards.
