The City of Charlottesville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full suite of portable toilet rentals—including standard, ADA‑accessible, and units with sinks or sanitizing stations—along with ongoing maintenance, cleaning, chemical replenishment, and waste‑pumping services on an as‑needed basis. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals. Vendors must submit detailed product lists, pricing, service frequency plans, and demonstrate experience, staffing qualifications, and a commitment to small‑business participation.
