Description
The National Park Service is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide portable toilet units, delivery, routine cleaning, restocking, graffiti removal, and emergency repairs at Zion National Park. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year (one‑year base with up to four one‑year options) agreement, with a 100 % total small‑business set‑aside. Work includes regular servicing of units at multiple park locations, compliance with OSHA standards, and submission of quarterly usage reports and incident documentation. The contractor must meet the Service‑Contract‑Act wage determinations for Utah and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Provide, place, and maintain portable toilet units throughout high‑traffic areas of Zion NP.
• Perform weekly cleaning, restocking of supplies, graffiti removal, and 24‑hour repair/replacement response.
• Submit quarterly service reports, safety and incident plans, and comply with all federal labor and insurance requirements.
