Description
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Delta Field Division is seeking a contractor to provide portable chemical‑toilet rentals, associated weekly maintenance, and septic‑holding‑tank pumping services across multiple sites in Sacramento, Solano, Napa, and Yolo counties. The contract will run for three years beginning in March 2027, with the contractor responsible for supplying various toilet unit types (standard, ADA‑compliant, hand‑wash stations, luxury trailers) and performing regular cleaning, restocking, and emergency septic‑tank pump outs. The award will be based on sealed competitive bids, with small‑business and DVBE preferences incorporated into the evaluation.
• Supply and maintain a fleet of portable chemical toilets (including ADA‑compliant units and a 3‑stall luxury trailer) and weekly cleaning/restocking at designated DWR sites.
• Provide emergency and routine pumping for 4000‑gal and 60‑gal septic‑holding‑tanks, including disposal in compliance with state regulations.
• Operate within specified service windows (07:30 AM‑03:00 PM, M‑F) and maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications (SB/DVBE, tax‑delinquent verification, GenAI disclosure).
