Description
The California Department of Water Resources is seeking a firm to provide on‑demand industrial‑hygiene and hazardous‑material remediation services at DWR facilities statewide. The contractor must be capable of cleaning, disinfecting, abating lead, asbestos, PCBs, mercury, and other hazardous substances; conduct spill and fire‑remediation cleanups; perform sampling, laboratory analysis, and reporting; develop safety policies and deliver training; and supply all required equipment and PPE. The work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with a 4‑hour emergency‑response window and a 3‑year base contract term (optionally renewable for two additional one‑year periods).
