Description
The Department of Water Resources seeks a qualified contractor to supply, install, and maintain a fleet of portable chemical‑toilet units and related sanitation equipment, and to provide septic‑holding‑tank pumping services across multiple DWR sites in the Bay Area. The contractor must handle weekly cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal, and be capable of responding to emergency service requests.
• Provide standard, ADA‑compliant, hand‑wash, luxury‑trailer, and water‑tank portable toilet units on an as‑needed basis.
• Perform weekly maintenance and cleaning of all units, including supply replenishment and proper sewage disposal.
• Pump a variety of septic‑holding tanks (ranging from 810 gal to 20,000 gal) and manage emergency pumping events.
• Service locations in Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus counties, with site access generally 7:30 am‑3:00 pm, Mon‑Fri.
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance, and adhere to state waste‑disposal regulations.
