Description
The California Highway Patrol seeks a vendor to provide two portable luxury restroom trailers (one 3‑stall ADA‑compliant unit and one 2‑stall unit) and to perform routine weekly maintenance, cleaning, sanitizing, waste‑tank pumping, chemical replenishment and disposal services for a two‑year period at its Marin Area Office. The contractor must hold all required state and local permits, maintain appropriate insurance, and meet accessibility, environmental, and security requirements. Preference incentives are available for small‑business and DVBE participation, but the mandatory DVBE requirement has been waived. Bids must be submitted in hard‑copy format by the specified deadline.
