Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The contract involves specialized hazardous‑waste handling, transportation, and disposal of large chemical tanks—a service that typically commands premium rates due to regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and the need for certified personnel and equipment. Assuming a mid‑size contractor with a fleet of tank‑cleaning rigs, annual labor and disposal costs could range from $400 K to $1.5 M, with additional fees for permits, safety data sheets, and insurance. Over a multi‑year term (often 3‑5 years for “term contracts”), total contract value could plausibly fall between $1.5 M and $6 M. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the client’s potential earnings if awarded is roughly $500,000 to $2,000,000 for the first year of work, scaling upward in subsequent years.
