The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply portable truck‑mounted (actually trailer‑mounted) pipe‑cleaning units for a five‑year period. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will cover the delivery of three units per year (approximately 15 units total). Units must meet detailed specifications covering engine, high‑pressure pump, water tanks, hose reel, trailer, safety features, training, and warranty requirements, and the vendor must provide a South Carolina‑based service facility.
