The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) District 1 is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn and landscape maintenance services for its 3338 SE 21st St. complex in Topeka. The contract covers seasonal fertilizer applications, weed control, grub prevention, ornamental insect treatments, spring and fall landscape‑bed clean‑ups, regular bed maintenance, irrigation system activation, backflow testing, and winterization. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, fuel, chemicals (using the Statewide Chemical Cost Sheet), and supervision, and will be paid only for months services are performed.
