Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide Communications Services, including video production, photography, design, language services, strategic communications, and specialized outreach services. The purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a list of qualified contractors who can provide these services on an as-needed basis. Vendors must have the required years of experience and submit work samples to demonstrate their professional-level ability. The initial term of the Master Agreement is five years, with optional one-year extensions.
• The RFSQ includes various service categories, each with its own minimum requirements.
• Vendors can submit SOQs for one or multiple service categories.
• The County will issue competitive Work Order Solicitations to qualified contractors.
• Payment for all work is subject to the Total Maximum Amount specified on each individual Work Order.
• The execution of a Master Agreement does not guarantee a Contractor any minimum amount of business.
