Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for As-Needed Language Assistance Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed language assistance services. The services include document translation, oral interpretation, telephonic and video remote interpretation, and sign language interpretation. Vendors must have at least three years of experience in the last five years providing services in each category they are applying for. The contract will be for a term of approximately six years, with the option to extend for an additional five years. • The County is looking for vendors who can provide language assistance services to facilitate access to and understanding of information, benefits, and services for individuals who are non-English speaking, have limited English proficiency, are deaf or hard of hearing, are blind or have low vision, or have cognitive disabilities. • Vendors must have an administrative office located within the geographic boundaries of Los Angeles County. • The County will continuously accept statements of qualifications throughout the duration of the master agreement. • Vendors will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the required services.
