Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Evaluation Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide evaluation services for various health-related programs and initiatives. The selected vendors will enter into a Master Agreement with the County, which will be coordinated by the Department of Public Health. The Master Agreement will be for a period of 8 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The vendors will be required to provide evaluation services, including designing and conducting evaluations, developing data collection procedures and tools, and analyzing data. The vendors must have at least 5 years of experience in providing evaluation services and must meet certain minimum mandatory qualifications. Some key points to consider: • The County is seeking vendors with expertise in designing and implementing program evaluations and impact assessments. • The vendors must have experience in providing evaluation services in the field of health or public health for community or governmental agencies. • The vendors must have experience in conducting evaluations that are culturally sensitive or culturally appropriate for populations that are predominantly non-English speaking. • The vendors must have experience in preparing reports and presenting complex technical information to municipal and governmental agencies and community stakeholders.
