Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Community Engagement and Related Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide community engagement and related services. The services include community outreach and engagement, managing multi-stakeholder collaboration, community-based communication strategies, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, and community engagement training. The County is looking for vendors with experience in providing these services, particularly those with expertise in working with diverse populations. The selected vendors will be required to enter into a Master Agreement with the County, which will be administered by the Department of Public Health. The Master Agreement will have a term of 8 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The County will issue Work Order Solicitations (WOS) to the selected vendors, which will include a Statement of Work and any additional requirements for the specific project. Some key points to consider: • Vendors must have 3 years of experience in providing community engagement and related services. • Vendors must have an office located within the state of California. • Vendors must not have any unresolved disallowed costs with the County. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel or close the RFSQ process at any time. • The County will conduct a review of the vendor's performance on any contracts, including County contracts, to determine if the vendor is responsible. • The vendor must comply with the Indemnification provisions contained in the Sample Master Agreement. • The vendor must procure and maintain insurance coverage as specified in the Sample Master Agreement.
