Description
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Probation is seeking qualified vendors to provide Juvenile Justice Social Programs Services (JJSPS) throughout the county. The services include four categories: Educational Support/Academic Enrichment, Youth and Family Support, After-School Enrichment/Positive Youth Development, and Vocational/Employment Services. The vendors will be required to enter into a Master Agreement with the county, which will be for a term of five years with two five-year option periods. The vendors will be selected based on their qualifications and experience in providing similar services.
• The services will be provided to probation and at-risk youth and their families in their natural ecology, through community-based, wraparound services.
• The vendors will be required to have a minimum of one year of experience in administering federal, state, county, or city contracts.
• The vendors will be required to have an administrative business office located within the county of Los Angeles.
• The vendors will be required to demonstrate their ability to provide the required services and to meet the needs of the target population.
