Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call real estate services and specialized support services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes commercial leasing, property management, construction management, appraisal, purchases, sales, accounting, architectural and design services, and marketing for leased space and buildings. Vendors must have at least five years of experience in the greater Los Angeles region commercial real estate market and meet other minimum qualifications. The County reserves the right to determine the number of selected qualified contractors or the total number of master agreements.
• The RFSQ seeks SOQ proposals from interested and qualified prospective contractors who can demonstrate their ability and qualifications to provide professional real estate consulting services.
• The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a list of qualified contractors that can provide temporary professional consulting services on an as-needed basis.
• One or more master agreement for on-call real estate services and specialized support services may be awarded from this solicitation.
• The County reserves the right to determine the number of selected qualified contractors or the total number of master agreements.
• The term of Master Agreement will go into effect upon the effective date following execution by the Chief Executive Officer, or her designee, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors.
• The anticipated initial term of the prospective Master Agreement will be five years, unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, with the option of two one-year renewal periods and twelve month to month extensions.
