RFSQ - Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Service

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed elevator and escalator maintenance services for the Department’s Facilities Services Bureau. Vendors must meet the minimum mandatory qualifications, including having five years of experience in providing elevator and escalator maintenance services, possessing a valid California C-11 Elevator Contractor license, and employing full-time employees with valid Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) certificates. The services include providing maintenance services for elevators and escalators, responding to 24/7 service requests, and having a business office within 100 miles of the conveyance equipment. • The RFSQ will remain open until the needs of the Department are met. • Vendors must submit their Statement of Qualification (SOQ) by March 7, 2025. • The SOQ must include all required documents, including Exhibit 7 (List of References) and Exhibit 9 (Licenses, Certifications, Registrations, and Accreditations). • Vendors are encouraged to monitor the Sheriff’s Department website for updates and bulletins during the solicitation process.
