Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for As-Needed Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services at County Behavioral Health Facilities

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified providers to offer As-Needed Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services at County Behavioral Health Facilities. The services include Recovery and Respite Center, Outpatient Services, Residential Services, Case Management, and Recovery Services. Vendors must have experience providing SUD treatment services, be a tax-exempt registered non-profit organization, and meet other minimum mandatory requirements. The selected vendors will be awarded a Master Agreement, which will be effective until June 30, 2030, with an option to extend for 5 years. • The services will be provided at County Behavioral Health Facilities. • Vendors must have expertise in providing culturally and linguistically competent services. • The services must be evidence-based and community-focused. • Vendors must adhere to the County's established aesthetic and environmental requirements. • The County will continuously accept Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) throughout the duration of the Master Agreement period.
