Telecommunication Services 2018

The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide various Telecommunication services. The categories of services include Data Network Services, Secure Web Gateway Services, UC Cloud VoIP Services, Cloud Contact Center Services, SMS Outbound Text Message Solution, and Legacy Services. The Master Agreement will be for a term of five years with two one-year option periods. The County will be continuously accepting Statements of Qualifications throughout the duration of the Master Agreement. • The Vendor must have a minimum of ten years of experience in providing services equivalent or similar to the services stated. • The Vendor must have experience in at least one of the four categories described in the RFSQ. • The Vendor must identify client contracts for the specific category they are bidding on, with specific requirements for each category. • The Vendor must provide reference contacts for each client contract. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications submitted in response to this solicitation.
