Description
The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Traffic Plan Statement of Work (SOW). The effort will involve traffic data collection, analysis of current conditions, forecasting future demand, and producing a detailed plan that meets regional transportation objectives. The contractor will be responsible for stakeholder coordination, preparation of technical reports, and delivery of final deliverables in accordance with county standards.
• Develop and document a Traffic Plan SOW covering scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Conduct traffic studies, data collection, and modeling.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and forecast future traffic patterns.
• Coordinate with county engineers, planners, and public stakeholders.
• Produce technical reports, presentations, and final plan documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation guidelines.
