RFQ 26-0507 2027 Street Improvement

The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from licensed engineering firms for professional engineering services, construction administration, construction engineering, and inspections in the preparation of the 2027 Street Improvement Project. The project includes resurfacing work, pavement repair, and resurfacing, including associated rehabilitation, reconstruction, and utility adjustments of selected roads. The successful consultant will provide a complete range of professional services, including design and construction document development, project management, contract administration, permitting, bidding, services during construction, and managing public engagement during construction. • The project is expected to start in August 2026 and be completed by July 2027. • The Town will provide data from the latest pavement condition survey, and the selected consultant will evaluate and confirm that the data is acceptable. • The consultant shall provide a detailed description of the project approach, including project management, coordination, and quality control procedures. • The consultant shall identify key individuals to be assigned to the project and include their qualifications and expected responsibilities. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to award all, none, or part of the services.
