RFQ 27-03 RAISE Grant Streetscape Construction Management Services

City of Lake Wales is seeking a qualified construction manager to provide on‑call construction management services for multiple RAISE Grant streetscape projects (Central, 1st Street, Lincoln, and A Street). The manager will oversee pre‑construction and construction phases, coordinate with design consultants, ensure compliance with the RAISE/BUILD Grant Agreement, and produce auditable documentation for grant reimbursement and reporting. • Provide overall construction management, scheduling, and cost control for streetscape improvements. • Coordinate with the Owner’s Project Manager (Colliers) and Owner’s Grant Manager (Hale Innovations) as well as engineers and design teams. • Deliver required documentation for grant compliance, payment processing, auditing, and project close‑out. • Must submit four original copies and a digital copy of the full proposal by the deadline. • A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting is scheduled, and questions must be submitted in writing by the specified date.
