DPW: RFQ On -Call Street Light Maintenance Contract

The City of Manchester is seeking firms to be pre‑qualified for an on‑call street‑light maintenance contract. Qualified contractors will be placed on a list and may be awarded an initial one‑year contract with up to four one‑year extensions, performing routine inspections, repairs, replacements, and related electrical work for municipal street‑lighting assets as needed. • Minimum 5 years of electrical construction/maintenance experience, with at least three comparable projects (two municipal) completed in the past five years. • Must hold current NH and local licenses, maintain adequate insurance/bonding, and demonstrate an acceptable safety record and traffic‑control capability. • Applications due electronically by 2 p.m. on October 16 2026; no guarantee of award, and work will be assigned on an as‑needed basis without 24‑hour emergency response.
