Description
The Iowa Central Community College is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk for multiple projects, including the Storm Lake Learning Center, Biofuels Testing Lab Facility, Crimmins Building Exterior Envelope Improvements, and Athletic Field Improvements. The Construction Manager will be responsible for providing pre-construction, bidding, and construction phase services. The scope of work includes evaluating project options, developing pre-construction and construction strategies, reviewing design documents, and providing cost analyses. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for managing the bidding process, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring quality control.

• Developing a detailed project schedule and budget
• Coordinating with the Owner and Architect to develop pre-construction and construction strategies
• Reviewing design documents and providing recommendations for changes
• Managing the bidding process and evaluating bids
• Coordinating construction activities and ensuring quality control
• Developing and implementing procedures for processing and approving shop drawings and submittals
• Providing administration, management, and related services necessary to coordinate construction activities
