The City of Woodstock, GA is soliciting qualified contractors to construct “Streetscapes VI” along Towne Lake Parkway between Mill Street and Main Street (Phase II). The work includes pouring concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, and driveways; installing storm‑drain pipe and a catch basin; removing an oak tree; and installing brick pavers. All work must comply with GDOT and City standards, be performed by a GDOT‑prequalified contractor (and subcontractors), and be completed within 90 days of a Notice to Proceed. A bid bond (5 % of bid) and performance/payment bonds (100 % of bid) are required, along with general liability, workers’ compensation, and other insurance.
