Controllable Pitch Propeller Blade Set and Monoblock Propeller Overhauls

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide overhaul services for controllable pitch propeller blade sets and monoblock propellers. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to perform the overhauls. The Government will provide the propellers and other necessary equipment. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and testing the propellers to ensure they meet the required standards. • The contract will have a total minimum guarantee amount of $15,000.00 per awardee. • The contractor will be required to provide a standard commercial warranty for the overhauled propellers. • The Government will provide funding for each delivery order/task order individually. • The contractor will be required to submit invoices electronically using the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). • The contractor will be evaluated based on their past performance, and a Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) will be prepared.
