BID NOTICE: NINETY-SIX (96) TYPE A LUMINAIRES PROJECT NO 4964

The City of Minot is seeking bids for the provision of ninety-six (96) Type A luminaires. The luminaires must meet specific specifications, including being the manufacturer's newest and latest models, with a low copper cast aluminum housing, corrosion-resistant super durable power coat paint, and a nominal height of 30-1/2 inches. The successful bidder will be required to submit a copy of the order sheet to the Traffic Engineer for written approval prior to ordering the units. The bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems necessary and in the best interest of the City. • The City of Minot is a municipal government and is tax exempt. • The bid must include the cost of freight and shipping expenses. • The contract will be awarded on the basis of lowest and best bid. • Payment will be made within 30 days after acceptance of the unit. • The supplier must be in compliance with Appendix A and Appendix E of the City of Minot Title VI Assurances.
