Description
This Quick‑Quote solicitation seeks vendors to provide IDEXX water‑quality (WQ) testing kits, reagents, and related laboratory services for the State of Alabama. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier that can meet the State’s registration, tax, and compliance requirements and deliver the specified testing products within the contract period.
• Must be registered in Alabama Buys and able to submit an electronic quote by 4/7/2026 5:00 PM CST.
• Suppliers must be able to furnish IDEXX WQ test kits, consumables, and any required technical support.
• Compliance obligations include E‑Verify verification (5‑day submission if requested), sales‑tax registration, and certification that the vendor is not debarred or suspended.
• The contract will be governed by the State of Alabama’s standard Quick‑Quote terms, including cancellation notice periods (30 days for supplies) and electronic payment requirements.
