The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for a Small Uncrewed Aircraft System. The system should include an airframe and operator control unit, as well as warranty and training. Quoters must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation and demonstrate their technical capability to meet the requirements. The evaluation factors will include technical capability, delivery, and price. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order from this solicitation.
• The system must meet or exceed the minimum requirements described in the statement of work document.
• The quoter must provide evidence that they are authorized by the manufacturer to provide the item(s) in the quotation.
• The quoter must submit a technical quotation, a price quotation, and terms and conditions.
• The government reserves the right not to award a purchase order and to make an award without discussions based solely upon initial quotes.
