Description
The job requires the production of wood sills according to specific drawings and technical data. The contractor must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) to access the technical data. The wood sills must be made of hardwood, conform to NHLA Rules for the Measurement and inspection of hardwood and cypress lumber, and have a maximum moisture content of 15 percent or less at the time of treatment. The contractor is responsible for inspecting the wood received to ensure it meets the specified requirements.
• The contractor must provide FOB Origin (after Loading) prices.
• The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
• Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) utilizing Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
• The contractor must submit signed copies of all amendments issued to this solicitation.
