W58RGZ26B0013 Step 1 Solicitation for Overhaul of the Searchlight for the UH60 Blackhawk

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is soliciting bids for the overhaul of the Searchlight for the UH-60 Blackhawk. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the Searchlight. The estimated quantity range is between 24 and 86 units. The contractor must have overhaul and replacement capability, a documented quality plan/process, and access to or possession of OEM technical data and engineering drawings. Key requirements include: • Overhaul facility equipped with environmental controls • Equipment and documentation to support an IUID program • Availability of electronic test equipment necessary for electrical circuit troubleshooting • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) test stand/equipment, or certified equivalent • An overhaul plan for the subject or like item • Ability to acquire all necessary parts, tooling, and materials to complete an overhaul
