The solution should also interface with legacy navigation systems and be capable of full acrobatic flight and operation throughout the entire T-38A/B flight envelope.
• The replacement system should have a Form, Fit, Function, and Interface (F3I) solution that requires no modifications to the aircraft.
• The solution should utilize components already stocklisted with a National Stock Number (NSN) in the federal supply system.
• The system should be capable of surviving the T-38 cockpit environment.
• Respondents should provide a notional schedule timeline for development, integration, test, and production.
• Respondents should provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate, broken down by "Development/Integration" and "Production" costs.
