Description
The State of North Dakota Department of Transportation seeks a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission twelve (12) permanent, fixed‑instrumentation sensors on state‑owned scour‑critical bridges. The sensors will continuously monitor stream‑flow conditions to enhance bridge safety and inform maintenance planning. The contract will cover all aspects of the work, from equipment procurement to field installation and initial testing.
• Install 12 bridge‑mountable flow‑monitoring sensors on designated scour‑critical bridges.
• Provide all hardware, mounting hardware, power and data‑telemetry solutions, and perform functional commissioning.
• Deliver documentation, as‑built drawings, and training for agency staff on sensor operation and data retrieval.
• Meet all applicable state and federal safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
