Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to perform ship repair, maintenance, and overhaul of the USS HIGGINS (DDG-76) 6C1. The work will be composed of 6 Task Group Instructions of various ship repair, overhaul, preservation, and replacement work onboard the ship. The anticipated contractual Period of Performance (POP) is 09 SEP 2026 to 13 APR 2027. The place of performance will be Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base.
• The contractor must provide all information required by the solicitation by 22 JUN 2026 at 10:00am Japan Standard Time (JST).
• The contractor must specify any hazardous materials in accordance with FAR 52.223-3 and DFARS 252.223-7001.
• The contractor must specify if they anticipate sea transportation in accordance with DFARS 252.247-7022.
• The contractor must acknowledge any amendments to the RFP when submitting their proposal.
