Lankershim Facade Improvement Program

The Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) is seeking bids for the Lankershim Facade Improvement Project, which includes demolition, new construction, electrical and signage, finishes, site furnishings and equipment, door/window replacement, and ADA accessories at six locations on Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood. The project requires a Performance Bond or equivalent security and a Payment Bond (Labor and Materials).
