E-2D Precision Approach Landing Capability (PALC) A-Kit Manufacture and Delivery

The United States Navy is seeking potential procurement sources for a contract to manufacture, deliver, and support the Precision Approach Landing Capability (PALC) AN/APN-246 A-Kits for the entire E-2D fleet. The A-Kit will consist of antenna(s), harness, mounting tray, power on switch, and accessories. The contract is expected to last 36 months, with the first delivery of retrofit A-Kits required by 1 November 2027. Interested vendors must meet ISO AS9100 qualification requirements and have SECRET clearance access to be eligible for consideration. * The contract will require the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of A-kits for installation on E-2D Aircraft. * The vendor will be responsible for handling Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)/Obsolescence for new and/or unique A-Kit components. * The Government will provide APN-5 and APN-6 funding where required to support these efforts. * The vendor will complete all projects, engineering, and logistics services required under this program to support their A-Kit deliveries.
