Description
The County of Portage Wisconsin is seeking bids to establish a contract for the purchase of culvert pipe for various Highway Department projects throughout 2026. The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from the date of award to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide culvert pipe that meets Wisconsin DOT specifications and deliver it to Portage County. The bidder must also provide references and warranty information.
• The contract will be awarded based on price and availability.
• The bidder must be an original manufacturer, distributor, or dealer authorized by the manufacturer to sell their products.
• The bidder must provide a statement of their warranty policy on any service or parts they may provide.
• The bidder must be in the business of highway products for the past three years.
• The bidder must supply references of three firms to which similar products have been provided during the past three years.
